Three Days Grace

Three Days Grace is a modern rock band, who have some decent songs.  I like them and their songs, but I don't really listen to them  as much as I use to.

"Pain", "Riot", "Animal", and such are notable songs by Three Days Grace which are also on the album "One X".  I have One X, and I use to listen to it, however I have not listened to TDG in a long time.

They have another album out, maybe even more, however I do not follow them.  I do know of a few of their new songs, and they're pretty decent.

Lead singer Adam Gontier has collaberated with the band "Apocalyptica" on a song, which was also pretty good.

Show Me How To Live

Show Me How To Live is a song by Audioslave, and was recorded in the early 2000's, maybe in 2002.  Audioslave is a super-group formed by Rage Against the Machine drummer, bassist and guitarist and also Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell.

Show Me How To Live music video is pretty good. It shows the band driving a Dodge Challenger across a desert scene, running from police in a chase and also racing.  The scenes from the music video were clips of a 1971 movie.

Marilyn Manson

Manson is a good artist, but not many other people like him.  He takes his name from "Marilyn Monroe" and "Charles Manson", two very different people.  The mixture of the names forms a contrasting character.

Manson has been doing a lot solo work these past few years, but use to be part of a full band.

Manson's song are generally dark and considered gothic, but some of his songs are good.  "Don't Like the Drugs", "Beautiful People, "sAINT", and "Sweet Dreams" are all good songs.  My favorite is sAINT.

Manson was blamed for the Columbine shootings, and he denies that.  He says he was not the cause and that his music had nothing to do with it.  I agree with him.

Manson is seen as a devilish singer who is trying to convert everyone to Satanism.  He's not.  He just makes music and sings, it's entertainment.

Manson has a distinct persona, with white and black eyes, strange acts on stage, and lyrical choice.

AC/DC

AC/DC is the most influential rock band in history.  They have collected a large fanbase worldwide, and their songs have appeared on commercials, movies, and have received lots of airplay since their debut.  I ain't a die-hard fan of the band, but they have several good songs.

AC/DC was formed in Australia, by brothers, the lead guitarist Angus Young and bassist Malcom Young.  'AC/DC' was on the back of their sister's sewing machine, and it stood for 'Alternating Current/Direct Current', and the two brothers named their band 'AC/DC' and included a lightning in the middle.

There first singer was Bon Scott, and they had lots of success with him.  Bon Scott was the singer when the album "Highway to Hell was released. The song itself was about a dangerous road in Australia where Scott use to drink with his friends.  Scott later died in the same year 1979.

After finding Brian Jonson, AC/DC was creating a new album in 1980, "Back in Black".  Since then, they have become a notable rock band, known worldwide and released "Black Ice" in 2009 and mentioned a newer album to be released in the future.
